How can I check my order's status?

To check your order status, AndaSeat provides updates in the following 2 ways.

1. Track via Email Notifications:

① Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email containing details such as the model, color, size, payment method, and more, for you to review.

② Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, our system will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use it to check the latest status of your parcel.

2. Track via the website:

Use your order number or tracking number on AndaSeat's website to check your order status directly.
